Knowledge of business development for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in border areas is still very minimal. Researchers have conducted business assistance with the ILO SCORE (International Labor Organization Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprise) module for one business actor from September to December 2022. However, in its development, the researchers saw a lack of development in the business they were involved in. Therefore, in this study, researchers wanted to analyze the increase in the knowledge of business actors who had been assisted by researchers. The case study approach to this research was carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that increasing knowledge is hampered by internal and external factors. Internal factors are family problems and lack of human resources, while external factors are lack of capital and existing business opportunities.References
