Investment Feasibility Study for Cracker MSME Development with Techno-Economic Analysis and SWOT

The level of competitiveness is dynamic, making White Cracker MSMEs in Kediri need to measure the level of Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Pay Back Period, Proftability Index. The assessment carried out at this level is to produce value standardization for the progress of these MSMEs. This finding proves that the NPV value is above Rp. 143,316,000, IRR is above 50%, PBP is above 7 months 9 days, and PI is above 1.00. This shows that the white cracker MSME business has good potential to be developed and provide profitable profits to business owners. The profit potential is good for the white cracker MSME business. However, product quality with good taste and in accordance with consumer needs is important to build customer loyalty. Strategy Strengths – Opportunities using Product Uniqueness-Digital innovation marketing components, Market potential of Kediri original products-Products that are interesting for tourists visiting Kediri and Test the latest flavors for consumers-Different taste innovations from 1 product. Strict product development and quality control are carried out so that they are always of high quality and meet consumer expectations.References
