Implementing Accountability For Management Of Village Fund Allocations In An Effort To Improve Village Development And Community Empowerment In Delegan Village, Gresik District

Abstract

The aim of the research is to help solve problems and to find out accountability for managing village fund allocations in an effort to improve community development and empowerment in Delegan Village. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method in which the data source uses direct interviews and data obtained from related documents. The results of this study can be concluded that the application of accountability in managing village fund allocations and accountability is accountable and transparent in presenting reports that contain cash receipts books, minutes, and other activities such as documentation through the attached pictures. Planning, implementation, and accountability for village development and empowerment have also been carried out in accordance with existing regulations as evidenced by the stages of planning activities in the form of compiling a List of Activity Plans (DURK) and Work Plans and Budgets (RKA) whose activities are funded from Village Fund Allocations, however the lack of integration between the village government and the community is also the cause of unsuccessful development and empowerment in the village, so the existing development programs in Delegan Village, Gresik Regency, are said to be still not optimal in managing village fund allocations.
